TouchStar receives maximum marks for quality of products and services in latest customer satisfaction survey
Bradford, UK - 29 July, 2014: TouchStar Technologies Ltd., a Belgravium Technologies PLC company and specialists in the design, supply and support of rugged mobile devices, has revealed the findings of its latest annual customer satisfaction survey. The independent survey was conducted by media agency Essential Communications.
The results show that 100% of respondents are “satisfied with the overall quality of products and services supplied by TouchStar” – up from 83% last year. All respondents to the 2014 survey also said they were either very likely or certain to use TouchStar in the future, representing an increase of 23% from 2013.
TouchStar personnel also scored highly for the second year in a row, with 100% of respondents reporting that they agreed staff are knowledgeable, professional and handle issues with courtesy.
Several other key issues were also improved upon over the last year. The amount of problems that TouchStar has been able to resolve at the first attempt grew from 74% in 2013 to 92% in 2014.
TouchStar’s response times have also improved, with 79% per cent of those surveyed stating that a site visit was established very rapidly, compared to 44% in 2013. The frequency of service calls taking place outside of contracted call-out times was cut, with 95% reporting that calls never took place outside of agreed times compared to 56% last year.
