TouchStar were announced as winners in the RFID in the Supply Chain category as part of the Logistics Business IT Annual Awards. The award was one of ten to be presented at a prestigious ceremony held on the 21^st October 2014 at the St Pancras Renaissance London Hotel.















The awards were judged by leading manufacturing, logistics and supply chain publication, Logistics Business IT in addition to a specially selected panel of Logistics Consultants and Professors.  The submission was based upon the successful implementation of TouchStar’s RFID solution at NGF EUROPE, one of the World's leading manufacturers of glass products for building, automotive and information electronics applications.







TouchStar, who were shortlisted as part of a joint submission with specialist label providers inotec UK, were commended upon the benefits, savings and efficiency improvements achieved within NGF EUROPE’s St Helens manufacturing facility. The solution has delivered full payback by driving customer confidence, satisfaction and sales with 100% product accuracy, full compliance with auditing procedures and ultimately a more responsive supply chain.
