Lakeland fully understands the effectiveness of RF within their operation and likes to source the most up to date systems so they can operate effectively without error and cost to the organisation. Following a thorough technical and commercial evaluation, Lakeland selected the Vienna 7500 Series truck mount by TouchStar Technologies. As a result of the pilot scheme, it is became clear that the Vienna met Lakelands requirement for a rugged and reliable device that facilitated fast, high end and accurate warehouse data capture.
The upgrade will be rolled out across the operation in the near future and will be fully operational by the end of October 2014. The solution is set to help Lakeland facilitate a speedy and responsive end user experience which is critical in ensuring complete customer satisfaction and company growth.
