Order Input

Orders on the system are created manually, either by you or your customers if they have been given a log in to your system, or automatically by EDI, CSV file upload, email or fax.

Load Planning and Scheduling

Autoload builder in the system will automatically calculate the optimised load for each trip, taking into consideration geographical location, cost and time. This is flexible enough to allow amendments, which is often necessary due to the nature of 3rd party logisitcs opertors. Resource allocation and tracking, intelligent resource linking, calendar management for pre-planned events and at a glance resource availability. It is functions like these that allow your business to run at its most optimum level. With full history retained the information can be generated into useful reports to eliminate weaknesses or see where changes to resource schedules need to be made.

More important data is recorded for Brief/Debrief, POD and incident reporting. Again the tailored reports give you the exact information you need to manage the operation.

This screen is for viewing and planning trips, routes and for viewing and allocating available resource to the trip or route. It also gives a breakdown of everything planned on that trip. Any amendments can be made from this screen. All the planning functions can be performed from one easy screen.
