Warranty

Your TouchStar hardware will be covered by our normal warranty, details of which will be given or negotiated during the purchasing procedure.

As long as your equipment is under warranty, any manufacturing defects will be repaired or your unit replaced free of charge within 10 days of your first contact, provided any malfunction was not as a result of unreasonable abuse. For a company that designs its equipment to shrug off the effects of weather, being transported, extremes of temperature and common chemicals, our threshold of unreasonable abuse is relatively high; however, we do have to impose limits of acceptable use, and these are described in our terms and conditions.
