Repairs

If your TouchStar equipment is under warranty, we will repair any damaged or breakages free of charge, provided no unreasonable abuse has been inflicted upon them. Details of what represents unreasonable abuse will appear in your warranty contract; see also our Warranty page.

In all, there are four levels of repair charging, and these reflect the particular contract held. The higher the level, the faster the turnaround. Examples of contract types and typical turnaround times are shown in the table below.
