Sales Order Processing allows users to enter and process a variety of sales orders. It is optimised to allow quick order entry and minimise errors by alerting users to issues such as pre-existing alerts, credit control or safety alerts relating to a site in real time whilst the customer is still on the phone.

Sales Order Processing caters for bulk fuels and bulk and pack lubes, and provides the following order types:

• Third-party orders placed on you, entered manually or received automatically

Purchase Order Processing & Related Functions

Purchase Order Processing allows you to place orders on suppliers for both bulk fuels and lubes, and pack lubes. Purchase Orders can be raised to maintain stock levels or to fulfill particular customer orders, and the system is sensitive to lead times and existing stock commitments.

Purchase Orders can pass through an authorisation workflow, and seamlessly pass through to the Financials module for matching to invoices via a Purchase Invoice Register.

Purchase Orders can be issued ahead of time or even retrospectively, and can be sent out by fax or EDI-XML. Key functionality :

Product Management & Stock Control

Nominal, Sales & Purchase Ledgers

The software systems we provide include a complete multi-currency financials package with a SQL Server back-end. Information can be exported to and imported from Excel, and key processes such as Invoice Approval can easily be distributed around the business. Financial reporting such as monthly management accounts can be produced at the click of a mouse, with output in Crystal Reports, PDF or printed formats, or published through Excel.
